This is a good but impressive and yet easy recipe

Ingredients

1 lb
asparagus
3 large
egg yolks
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
salt
1
dash pepper
1/2 c
melted butter

Step-By-Step

1Snap asparagus stalks.
Cook,covered,in salted water 10-15 minutes.
DO NOT OVER COOK!!
2Meanwhile mix egg yolks,lemon juice,salt and pepper in blender for 5 seconds.
Add in butter while blending again for 5 seconds more.
Heat in a double boiler over low heat.
Place asparagus on serving dish and pour sauce over.
