Asparagus & Garlic

- butter or olive oil
- 1 tsp
- bottled chopped garlic or 2 garlic cloves, minced
1Trim asparagus of tough ends.Cut the asparagus on the diagonal in 2" pieces.
2Melt butter in a wide skillet
Add garlic and asparagus.
Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes,until the asparagus is tender & deep green.
(careful not to overcook. It will get mushy)
