Ingredients

1/4 c
almonds, finely chopped
1/2 c
butter
1 tsp
tarragon vinegar
20 oz
asparagus spears frozen, cooked and drained

Step-By-Step

1In a small, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, place almonds and butter.

2Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 1 1/2 minutes or until nuts are lightly browned.

3Stir in vinegar.

4Pour sauce over hot or cooled asparagus.
