i love veggie, so i always have them on hand. And we love rice, so why not eat them together right..lol:)

Ingredients

1 c
cooked rice
1 tsp
oil
1 clove
garlic , minced
1 tsp
fresh ginger
1 c
carrots,slice thin
3
green onions or scallions (white and 3 inches of the green)
2 c
broccoli florets
2 tsp
white or dark soy sauce

Step-By-Step

1In a wok or skillet, heat over med-high heat. Cook garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.Take out and set aside.
2Add the rest of the ingrdients. Mix well. Cook until broccoli and carrot. until tender..
