Being Japanese, I love to use Soy Sauce! This is easy healthy carrot slow (salad) with sesame flavor.

Ingredients

2 c
julienne cut carrot
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
sugar
1 Tbsp
sesame oil
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds
1
large egg, beaten

Step-By-Step

1In a skillet, heat sesame oil and cook carrots over medium heat until tender.
2Stir in sugar and soy sauce. Add beaten egg and stir to coat. (don't cook too long) Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds.
