DirectionsCut about 1 inch from artichoke tops, trim a little off stem, and trim tipsPlace in stockpot with 4 whole garlic cloves, and 1 lemon sliced into about 6 rounds, and enough water to half cover the artichokesBring water to a boil and let cook at a low boil until a fork inserted into the stem end goes in easily. About 20-40 minutes depending on how large.For the dip I put all 3 ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and give it a quick zap until butter is melted
