I love sauteed mushrooms and this is one of my favorites. Sometimes I make the same recipe but with a red wine instead depending what else I'm serving.

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter (not margarine)
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 lb
fresh mushrooms
1/4 c
chardonnay wine
2 Tbsp
dried parsley flakes

Step-By-Step

1Clean and quarter mushrooms.
2Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter, stirring often, for 4 minutes or until soft.
3Season with salt and pepper.
4Turn off heat and immediately pour Chardonnay onto mushrooms.
5Add parsley and toss to coat.
