corn oil
3/4 lb
broccoli, cleaned, trimmed, cut into florets, stems sliced
1 1/4 c
mushrooms, sliced
1 large
carrot, thinly sliced
1 clove
garlic, minced
1 tsp
grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
dried thyme leaves

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large skillet heat oil to medium high heat. Add broccoli , mushrooms, carrot, garlic, lemon rind, salt and thyme. Srir-fry 5-8 minutes or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
