Ingredients For vegetable manchurian

  • FOR BALLS:
  • 3/4 c
    grated cabbage
  • 1 tsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp
    cornflour
  • 1/2 c
    paneer
  • 2 tsp
    salt,pepper and red chilli powder
  • FOR GRAVY:
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic,green chilli,tomato sauce,soya sauce
  • 1 tsp
    sugar and viniger
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornflour dissolved in 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp
    ajinamoto

How To Make vegetable manchurian

    FOR BALLS: Mix all the ingredients into a dough and roll it out in your palms to form balls.Microwave on the rotating plate at 80% power for 2-3min.Keep aside,turning the balls halfway

    FOR GRAVY: In a microwave-safe bowl,add oil,chopped onion,garlic and chilli and microwave for 2min at 100% power.Then add the rest of the ingredients and microwave covered for 3min at 100% power.Stir in between

    Lastly add the balls into it and microwave covered at 80% power for 2-3min.Stand it for 2min
