Ingredients

FOR BALLS:

3/4 c
grated cabbage
1 tsp
chopped garlic
1 tsp
cornflour
1/2 c
paneer
2 tsp
salt,pepper and red chilli powder

FOR GRAVY:

1 Tbsp
oil
1/2 c
chopped onion
2 Tbsp
garlic,green chilli,tomato sauce,soya sauce
1 tsp
sugar and viniger
1 Tbsp
cornflour dissolved in 1 cup water
1 tsp
ajinamoto

Step-By-Step

1FOR BALLS:
Mix all the ingredients into a dough and roll it out in your palms to form balls.Microwave on the rotating plate at 80% power for 2-3min.Keep aside,turning the balls halfway

2FOR GRAVY:
In a microwave-safe bowl,add oil,chopped onion,garlic and chilli and microwave for 2min at 100% power.Then add the rest of the ingredients and microwave covered for 3min at 100% power.Stir in between

3Lastly add the balls into it and microwave covered at 80% power for 2-3min.Stand it for 2min
