The Tomato that "Makes" the Burger!

- 1 large
- slicing tomato
- rosemary, dried
- garlic salt or powder
- parmesan cheese
- grill or smoker
1Slice your tomato 1/2" thick, add rosemary (crushed), garlic powder OR salt and parmesan to both sides of tomato slice.
I pat the seasonings into the tomato gently
2grill or smoke on each side with indirect heat just long enough to warm the tomato so it absorbs the seasonings (maybe 1-2 minutes per side).
Add to burgers to make them out of this world or just eat as a snack!
3When we BBQ, if I don't make at least enough of these for every single burger, I am in deep trouble!!
