brussel sprouts not frozen
Table spoo clove
garlic cloves
i can't believe it's not butter spray

Step-By-Step

1Remove ends of Brussels
Cut in half
2Sauté butter with garlic until garlic is lightly see threw
3Put Brussels into mix and sauté together
Cover for 3 minutes
Uncover and stir
Leave on medium flames for 2 minutes stir again
Until you see Brussels browned on one side
