Ingredients

3 medium
yellow squash, thinly sliced
1/2 c
green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c
celery, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
3/4 c
sugar
1 clove
garlic, crushed
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
2/3 c
cider vinegar
1/4 c
green bell pepper, diced

Step-By-Step

1Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Toss Lightly.

2Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well.

3Pour over vegetables and chill 12 hours.

4Drain and serve.
