1Place parmesan cheese, and cream cheese in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 15-20 seconds until soft. Mix in basil and garlic and herb seasoning until well blended.
2In a large saute pan, cook bacon until crisp. Cool and crumble. Set aside.
Meanwhile, cut zucchini into thin slices.
3In same saute pan, add cream cheese mixture, olive oil, cannellini beans and bacon. Saute lightly until everything is creamy and mixed well. Add zucchini to pan and press down slightly. Cover pan, cook on low heat until zucchini softens, about 5-7 minutes, stirring once.
4When zucchini is cooked, top with feta cheese, and serve.
