Sauteed Zuchini

Variations:

I like to add a splash of Dale's Steak Seasoning (I get it at Walmart)

I have also been known to add fresh or canned mushrooms, and/or a sliced onion, as well.

This works great for the bbq too. Make a foil bag, add the ingredients, and throw it on the grill instead of cooking on stovetop.

Ingredients

zuchini
1 stick
butter
1/2 tsp
minced garlic (or more if you like)
salt to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt a stick of butter in skillet. Slice up as many zuchini as you like, (usually takes 4 or 5 for my family), add to skillet. Add minced garlic and cover. Cook over medium heat until zuchini is soft and translucent.
