Roasted Garlic Broccoli

These is more of a method than a recipe.I like to cook the broccoli just until tender, not soft.Add just enough red pepper flakes for a hint of heat, not spicy and I like to add the garlic at the end so it doesn't burn and I like the flavor of garlic with broccoli. I find people who don't like broccoli, love it cooked this way. I roast most vegetables,it brings the flavor out,I think.
Carrots are especially tasty cooked this way as well.
