1 1/2 ctomato, grape/cherry,halved

3 Tbsppine nuts

3 Tbspcanola oil

2 clovegarlic,minced

1/2 Tbsppepper

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/3 cparmesan,cheese,greated

1 tsplemon peel, greated
How To Make roasted asparagus

1Put asparagus, tomatoes and pine nuts in a foil-lined baking sheet. Mix 2 Tablespoon oil, garlic, salt, and pepper; toss with asparagus.

2Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or just tender. Drizzle with remaining oil and lemon juice; sprinkle with cheese and lemon peel. Toss to combine.
