Nothing goes with baked beans better than potato salad. Its my down fall I can't pass either one I really love both.I make this potato salad for alot of graduations.

potatoes
1 medium
onion [diced]
6 large
eggs
1 Tbsp
mustard
3/4 c
sugar
1 tsp
vinigar
11/2 c
mirical whip

Step-By-Step

1Boil potatoes, cool peel and shred

2boil eggs, cool peel and shred

3mix together potatoes, onion, and eggs

4In another boil mix next 4 ingredients well.Pour over potatoes,onion,and eggs mix well refrigerate for at least an hour before serving so flavors blend.
