Ingredients

1/2 lb
mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 Tbsp
shallots, finely minced
4 Tbsp
butter
2 pkg
10-oz. packages frozen peas
1/2 c
cream
8 slice
bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Saute mushrooms and shallots in butter until mushrooms are tender.
2Add peas and cream and continue cooking until peas are tender.
3Add bacon and seasonings and toss. Heat through and serve.
