Peas with Mushrooms, Bacon & Cream

- 1/2 lb
- mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 Tbsp
- shallots, finely minced
- 4 Tbsp
- 2 pkg
- 10-oz. packages frozen peas
- 1/2 c
- 8 slice
- bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
1Saute mushrooms and shallots in butter until mushrooms are tender.
2Add peas and cream and continue cooking until peas are tender.
3Add bacon and seasonings and toss. Heat through and serve.
