Ingredients

10-12
potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 pkg
(8 ounce) cream cheese
1/2 c
butter
1 tsp
salt
1 c
half and half
1-2 Tbsp
melted butter
paprika

Step-By-Step

1Beat cream cheese with half and half.
Add potatoes and beat well.
Add other ingredients, except melted butter and paprika and beat well.

2Place in a buttered casserole.
Brush top with melted butter.
Sprinkle top with paprika.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
