Inspired by my cousin Margie....lovely flavors...and trust me, you just can't stop eating it.

Ingredients

4 can(s)
garbanzo beans....in water and salt
1 medium
tomato, seeded
1 medium
cucumber, seeded
1 small
red onion, diced
3
garlic cloves, smashed
1 can(s)
black olives, small
1/2 c
olive oil
3
limes, juiced
1/2 c
cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1in a large bowl, place garbanzo beans ( drained and rinsed)...start smashing with the olive oil.
2add the smashed garlic cloves, keep smashing until you have half of all the garbanzo smashed.
3add in the rest of the ingredients and combine well.
salt and pepper to taste...best if chilled a few hours or over night....ENJOY....delicious.
