this is really easy to make... we eat these a lot. my husband does not like food that is really hot and since these are not hot he loves these. he ask for them all the time... I love to make these when I make my hamburger enchiladas.
drain the water out of the cans of jalapenos and then. put you some cooking oil in the bottom of a frying pan then let that get hot
them mix you batter then cut the cheese about 1/2 inch thick and put it in the jalapenos then take some tooth pick to hold the jalapenos and cheese together then dip it in the batter then put in frying pan and fry until golden brown.
