My hubby loves grilled pinapple so when we have grilled pork I make these kabobs I really like the combination.

Ingredients

2 c
pinnapple
1 large
red pepper
1 large
green bell pepper
1 pt
portabella mushrooms

Step-By-Step

1Deseed red and green peppers and cut into small chunks.

2Get 8 skewers

3I usually start with portabella mushrooms then I alternate pinnapple, red pepper, green pepper, and start again till skewer is full.

4Spray with cooking spray and put on grill.
