I HAD A LARGE CAULIFLOWER IN THE FRIDGE N THOUGHT ABOUT MAKN CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST (HEARD ALOT ABOUT IT) BUT I DECIDD TO MAKE A PURÉE OF CAULIFLOWER SIMILAR TO A POLENTA. AS A BED FOR MAIN DISH. TONITE WAS GRILLD N SLICED CHICKN BREAST . NOW LET ME TELL U MY HUSBAND ATE ALOT OF THIS DELICIOUSNESS N HE DOESNT EAT MUCH VEGETABLES.....NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS WILL B MADE AGAIN :)
