Guess I'm just missing summer.
Everytime I make Slaw its different. I went to grocery store to get fresh herbs so thats how this slaw was born! Very good!!!!

Ingredients

bag slaw
4
chopped green onion
1/2
thin sliced green pepper
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
sour cream
handful of fresh herbs used cilantro. parsley.
1 clove
garlic
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 Tbsp
anchovy paste
s&p

Directions Step-By-Step

Start by placing slaw peppers and green onions in bowl.
Place all other ingredients in blender to make dressing.
Combine add more salt and pepper if needed. refrigerate for few hours. Gets better with time!
