Green Beans & Potatoes
Simmer as many potatoes as you need to serve.

- fresh green beans,washed broken into 1 inch pieces
- red potatoes,cut in half
- vegetable broth or bouillon cube
- garlic cloves,slivered
- salt and pepper,to taste
1Add all ingredients(except salt) in a pot,cover with just enough water to barely cover, simmer until potatoes are done. Check for seasoning. You may not need salt using bouillon.
I cook canned green beans this way but cook the potatoes until tender,then add drained beans.Heat just until hot.I get a lot of compliments that they do not taste like canned beans.
