Ingredients

5 medium
yellow squash
1
egg, beaten
1 c
flour
1/2 c
oil

Step-By-Step

1Slice squash into 1/4 inch slices.
2Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
3Beat egg in a bowl.
4Place flour in a shallow dish.
5Dip squash pieces in the egg then in the flour to coat.
6Place in the oil. Cook turning occasionally until golden brown on both sides.
7Drain on paper towel lined plate.
8If you run out of egg or flour just add more.
