Slice squash into 1/4 inch slices.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Place flour in a shallow dish.
Dip squash pieces in the egg then in the flour to coat.
Place in the oil. Cook turning occasionally until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towel lined plate.
If you run out of egg or flour just add more.
