Favorite Low Carb Coleslaw

I've tried red wine vinegar, but white vinegar or apple cider vinegar would work just as well.

Ingredients

1 bag(s)
coleslaw, 16 oz.
1 large
onion, chopped fine
4 stalk(s)
celery, chopped fine
2/3 c
sour cream
1/3 c
mayonnaise
1/3 c
vinegar
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
splenda
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 tsp
celery salt

Step-By-Step

1In large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw, onion and celery.
2In another mixing bowl, combine the rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth.
3Pour dressing over slaw mixture and stir until well distributed.
4Refrigerate one hour before serving.
5Tip: I have experimented with my favorite spices also, such as paprika, garlic powder, onion salt, turmeric, dried herbs, etc. and it always turns out delicious.
