1 pkg
24 oz cottage cheese
2 c
cooked pasta (any variety)
1 c
cherry tomatoes halved
1 1/2 c
shredded carrots
1 1/2 can(s)
brocolli florets broken up a bit
2 stalk(s)
green onion chopped
1 1/2 c
shredded cheese
1 c
ranch dressing ( i use spicy ranch)


1mix cottage cheese and ranch dressing in bowl and set aside
2Cook 2 cups of your choice of Pasta in salted water, drain and rinse and put into large mixing bowl
3add all the vegies and shredded cheese and toss lightly
4add the cottage cheese mixture and carefully mix together with the pasta vegies and serve
