Ingredients

1 pkg
(10) ounce frozen spinach, thawed and drained, very well
1 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
1/2 tsp
basil, dried
1 c
milk
2
eggs
2/3 c
bisquick
1/4 tsp
pepper
1
container (16 ounce) ricotta cheese

Step-By-Step

1Grease deep dish plate.
Layer ricotta cheese with parmesan cheese in pie pan.

2Mix spinach, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil and pepper; spoon over parmesan mixture.

3Beat remaining ingredients for 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into pie plate.

4Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

5Cool 5 minutes.
Can be served with heated tomato sauce.
