This is a Southern way to fix carrots. Like so many recipes, each family has their own version. This is the one that I have had over the years.

Ingredients

2 lb
sliced cooked carrots
1 c
sugar
1/2 c
vegatable oil
3/4 c
tarragon vinegar
1 medium
onion, sliced thin
1 small
green pepper, sliced
1 can(s)
tomato soup
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
mustard
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Mix and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Keeps almost indefinitely in tightly covered bowl.
