Chinese Ginger and Orange Broccoli
broccoli, cut and stemmed
In a medium size bowl, combine stock, juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic and ginger, mix well and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat and add broccoli, let cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
Add sauce mixture to skillet and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and serve.
