Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
frozen corn
2 Tbsp
butter, cut into cubes
2
poblano chile peppers, chopped
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
1/4 tsp
coarsely ground black pepper
1 c
(about 4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 oz
cream cheese, cut into cubes

Step-By-Step

1Coat inside of 3 1/2-to 4-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
2Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and cream cheese in Crock-Pot slow cooker.
3Cover. Cook on high 2 hours.
4Stir in cheeses. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes more or until cheeses melt.
