Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
carrots, peeled and sliced ~ i left mine whole, but par cooked for a few minutes in the microwave in a little water
1/4 c
each - brown sugar & white sugar
1/4 c
butter, softened
1 tsp
salt or to taste
pepper
optional
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/3 c
boiling water

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, add the carrots. Set aside..

Mix butter, cinnamon, salt, and sugars. Pour boiling water over mixture and stir. Pour over the carrots and bake for 45 min - 1 hour, or until tender. Or you could microwave until tender.

Stir, before serving.
