This is a recipe from a Weight Watchers mini cookbook called "Fast and Fancy Favorites, A Family Cookbook. This is an older book, so the program exchanges are probably obsolete. Ingredients For cabbage scramble

  • 2 Tbsp
    reduced calorie margarine or alternative
  • 3 c
    shredded cabbage
  • 1 c
    thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 c
    thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 c
    green pepper (cut in strips)
  • 2 c
    diced peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • pepper to taste

How To Make cabbage scramble

  • 1
    Melt margarine in large skillet, add all ingredients. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes. Each serving provides: 2 1/3 Vegetable exchanges, 1/2 Fat exchange.
