Ingredients For cabbage scramble

2 Tbspreduced calorie margarine or alternative

3 cshredded cabbage

1 cthinly sliced celery
-
1/2 cthinly sliced onion

1/2 cgreen pepper (cut in strips)

2 cdiced peeled tomatoes

1 tspsalt

pepper to taste
How To Make cabbage scramble

1Melt margarine in large skillet, add all ingredients. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes. Each serving provides: 2 1/3 Vegetable exchanges, 1/2 Fat exchange.
