This is a delicious side dish and is wonderful to take to pot lucks or family get-togethers. It disappears very quickly, so you may not have any leftovers. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 pkg
frozen broccoli, 10 ounce size, chopped
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c
mayonnaise
2 large
eggs, beaten
1 c
grated cheddar cheese
1 c
onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

TOPPING

1 pkg
stuffing mix, 8 ounce size (i use pepperidge farm in the blue bag)
1 stick
butter

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 X 13 baking dish with cooking spray, set aside.

2Cook broccoli until tender and drain. In a large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, and onion. Add salt and pepper. Fold in broccoli.

3Pour broccoli mixture into prepared baking dish and top with stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

4TOPPING: Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
