10 oz. frozen broccoli
cheddar cheese, shredded
Cook broccoli in salted water until tender about 3-5 minutes. Drain.
Saute butter, onions and then blend in flour 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper,add milk,stir slowly until blended and starts to thicken. Then blend in cream cheese.
Spray a 9-13 casserole dish with cooking spray then place broccoli in dish. Pour sauce mix over broccoli. Top with shredded cheese Cover and chill.
Melt remaining butter toss with bread crumbs then sprinkle around edge of dish.
Bake covered at 350 degrees
