black beans, drained
2 can(s)
whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
1 bunch
cilantro, minced

lime zest
2 Tbsp
champagne vinegar
3 Tbsp
lime juice
1 1/2
jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 1/2 Tbsp
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Mix all together and chill. Great served with tortilla chips or just a side dish.
