Ingredients

FOR THE SALAD PLACE IN ORDER IN LAYERS IN A LARGE GLASS TRIFFLE BOWL

2 lb
freshly chopped spinach, you chop it!!!
10 large
eggs, hard boiled,sliced
1 lb
bacon,cooked and crumbled
1 medium
lettuce head, shredded
1 c
silced shallots
1 pkg
thawed frozen peas, uncooked

FOR THE DRESSING BLEND TOGETHER AND POUR OVER PEAS

2 1/2 c
mayonaise (hellmans or best brand)
2 1/2 c
sour cream (daisy brand)
salt and pepper
worcestershire sauce, to taste
fresh lemon juice, to taste

FOR THE TOP

1/2 c
grated baby swiss cheese
