Baked Corn in Sour Cream

I found this recipe in the recipe box that my daughters Grandmother gave me. Although I'm not sure where she got it. It has become a family favorite.

Ingredients

5 slice
bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Tbsp
onion, chopped
2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
sour cream
2 (12) oz
cans whole kernnel corn,drained
1 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Sauté onion in butter, blend in flour and salt.

Gradually add sour cream, stirring until mixture is smooth.

Heat to boiling, add corn and heat thoroughly,

Fold in half of the bacon. Spoon into greased casserole, top with parsley and remaining bacon.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes
