baked corn in sour cream
I found this recipe in the recipe box that my daughters Grandmother gave me. Although I'm not sure where she got it. It has become a family favorite.

Ingredients For baked corn in sour cream

5 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled

2 Tbsponion, chopped

2 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspall purpose flour

1/2 tspsalt

1 csour cream

2 (12) ozcans whole kernnel corn,drained

1 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped
How To Make baked corn in sour cream

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-quart casserole. Sauté onion in butter, blend in flour and salt.

2Gradually add sour cream, stirring until mixture is smooth.

3Heat to boiling, add corn and heat thoroughly,

4Fold in half of the bacon. Spoon into greased casserole, top with parsley and remaining bacon. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes
