My Nephew Phil really loves this I usually make it for a family gathering. Nothing to it pretty easy but really good.I have a speial corn dish that I put this in and he looks for that dish.

Ingredients For aunt linda's scalloped corn

  • 3 can
    cream corn (14.5 oz.)
  • 2
    sleeves saltine crackers ( crushed fine)
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • TOPPING
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 1
    sleeve saltines (crushed fine)

How To Make aunt linda's scalloped corn

    Mix first 4 ingreients well. Pour into well greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle crushed saltines on top. Dot wth butter.Bake in 350 degree oven for two hours.uncovered Or until set and topping is golden brown.
