Asparagus and Potatoes Baked in Foil Packets
- small red potatoes, cut in half
- 10 oz
- asparagus spears, frozen or fresh
- 1 c
- onion, sliced
- 1 tsp
- seasoned salt
- cajun seasoning
- 4 Tbsp
- parmesan cheese
- cooking oil spray
Place, the mixture of the potatoes, asparagus, onion and seasonings on the aluminum foil evenly to make 4 packets.
Seal the foil to make packets and place on a cookie sheet.
Open packets, carefully.
