Ingredients

artichoke
1 tsp
dijon mustard
1
garlic clove, smashed finely
1/2
lemon

Step-By-Step

1Cut both ends of Artichoke, place in a pot of boiling water and salt for about 20 mins or until stem is fork tender.
2in the meantime combine the mustard, garlic and a splash of lemon.
3take artichoke out and drain upside down on a paper towel let cool a bit....then remove each leaf and dip the lighter side in the mustard sauce and enjoy.
