Ingredients

1 pkg
frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1
small onion, chopped
1/4 c
melted butter
3/4 c
grated sharp cheddar cheese
1
egg, beaten
1 3/4 c
pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix

Step-By-Step

1Combine first six ingredients plus 1 cup of the stuffing mix. Mix well.
2Preheat oven to 350. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining stuffing mix.
3Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
