Ingredients

1/2 c
chopped onion
3/4 c
chopped green pepper
1 clove
garlic
1/4 c
olive oil
1 can(s)
( 14 oz ) tomato paste
1/2 c
burgundy wine or grape juice
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 dash(es)
tabasco sauce
1 c
diced cooked meat (beef, pork, venison, chicken, or combination
2 can(s)
(15.5 oz. ea.) kidney beans, drained
seasoning to taste

Step-By-Step

1Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil until onions are soft.

Remove garlic.
2Pour tomato paste, wine, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce into onion mixture and stir to blend.

Add meat and drained kidney beans.
3Add seasoning. Stir to blend

In an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish, bake at 375F for 30 to 40 minutes.

Freezes well.
