Ingredients

whole kernel corn 15.5 oz, drained
2 can(s)
creamed corn, 14 oz
2 pkg
jiffy muffin mix 8.5 oz
2 stick
butter
4
eggs
16 oz
sour cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Spray a 9x13 pan with PAM. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Melt the butter and mix with the corn, in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add to corn. Stir well. Add the sour cream and the 2 packages of muffin mix, stirring well after each addition.

Mix all ingredients very well and pour into prepared pan. Bake on center rack in oven for 45-60 minutes.
