Ingredients

sleeves ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c
butter, melted
4 1/2 c
shredded cabbage
1/3 c
chopped onion
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 c
milk
1/2 c
mayonnaise
8 oz
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Toss the crushed crackers with butter; sprinkle half into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Layer with cabbage, onion, salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk and mayonnaise until smooth. Spoon over top; sprinkle with cheese and remaining cracker mixture.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until golden brown.
