Sesame rice

I like to make stir-fry, but found that plain rice was too... blah. So I started making this instead!

Ingredients

1 c
rice, long grain
2 c
vegetable broth, mix
1 tsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
sesame oil (toasted sesame oil)
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds

Step-By-Step

1Mix rice, broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and stir. Reduce heat to very low and simmer 20min.
2Remove from heat, let sit for 5min
3Add sesame seeds and stir. Serve with your favorite stir-fry.
