I didn't think I was going to like this,but made it with pork chops and I loved it,It was so easy to make and very tasty

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 cup
coarsely chopped carrots
1 cup
sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup
chopped onion
1 pouch
(8.5) microwaveable precooked wild rice
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tsp
ground black pepper
1/4 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.Add carrot,mushrooms,and onion.Cook 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender,stirring occasionally.
2Heat rice according to package directions.Add rice to pan,stir in remaining ingredients.
