It took me a while to learn how to cook fluffy rice that wasn't instant. After much practice I discovered this easy method that guarantees perfection every time.

Ingredients

2 c
dry rice
4 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Place Stainless steel saucepan on stove top
2pour in 2 c. rice
3stir until most are lite brown
(this process breaks the outer sheath on the rice kernel)
4pour 4 c. water into rice
5boil for 1-2 minutes only then turn off heat, cover and set aside for a few hrs. for a lite & fluffy rice
