hash brown potatoes, frozen
16 oz
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/4 c
butter
1/2 c
onion, finely chopped
2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded (divided use)
1 c
corn flakes

Directions Step-By-Step

Saute onion and butter. in bowl, mix potatoes, sour cream, soup and 1 cup cheese; mix well then fold in onion mixture.

grease 9x13 baking dish; spoon in mixture. combine flakes and 1 cup cheese then spread over top. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
